Welcome to The Millbrook Surgery

We are open 8.30 am - 6.30 pm Monday to Friday. To see a doctor or nurse you can telephone us on 01963 350210, come into the surgery to book an appointment, or register for Internet Access. Once registered for internet access you can book an appointment and request repeat medication over the internet at any time. The Access service may also be available  through your digital television. Look under 'Our Services' for more details.

Bank holiday closures

The Surgery will be closed on Monday, 7 May  2012 (Mayday bank holiday)

The  Surgery will be closed on Easter Friday (6 April 2012) and Easter Monday (9 April 2012).

The Surgery will be closed on Monday 4 June, and Tuesday 5 June 2012 (Jubilee holiday)

Extended hours

Additional sessions are available for patients who cannot attend during normal, surgery hours.

Tuesday morning 7:30 am to 8:00 am (GP and Practice nurse)

Monday evening 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm (GP only)

Thursday evening 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm (GP only)
